Nick has a background in video that includes work in both documentary and narrative video spanning 20 years. His history as the founder of Volume One has put him in public communication with the Chippewa Valley community for more than 18 years - through words, video, photos, and more.
Joel Pearish, lead video producer
Joel has produced national-quality video work in many industries for more than 10 years including manufacturing, real estate, retail, healthcare, and more. He's an experienced director, shooter, editor, colorist, and drone pilot. Joel hand-picks each person for their role in our projects.
Taylor McCumber, design director
Taylor is a highly creative yet logical designer who loves creating new visual systems across various media and platforms. She enjoys exploring new forms of technology and is constantly looking for ways to innovate and elevate any design project she works on.
Don Ross, web developer
Don has worked in web technology for more than a decade in areas including web design, user interface, and content management systems for publishing, advertising, real estate and e-commerce. He can lead you to the right solution for any project.
In addition to our video-specific talent, a unique aspect to working with Volume One is leveraging our capability to draw on the talents of an in-market, experienced team of nearly twenty creatives – copywriters, graphic designers, web programmers, editors, and event producers – to create clever, fun, tasteful, and beautiful videos and campaigns from start until finish.
